Partner terms for gyms and coaches

These terms apply when a gym or coach ("you") signs up through joincorner.co. Before payouts begin, we'll give you a full partner agreement that matches these terms. If there's a conflict, the signed agreement controls.

Listing and approval

• You confirm you're authorized to list the gym (or yourself, as a coach) and that what you submit is accurate.
• Corner reviews every listing and may contact you to confirm details. We may decline or remove a listing at our discretion.
• You give Corner permission to display your name, logo, photos, schedule, coach profiles and the other listing details you provide, in order to run and promote Corner. You can ask us to change or remove them at any time.

For gyms

• Payouts: Corner pays a fixed amount for each completed Corner visit, based on your tier (set from your own membership price) as shown when you signed up. Open-gym visits are paid at the open-gym rate shown. We'll give at least 30 days' notice before any rate change, and changes are never retroactive.
• Founding gyms receive the extras described at sign-up for the period described.
• Your control: you choose how many Corner spots each class has, which classes and levels are open, first-visit requirements, and you can pause Corner at any time.
• Your members: people who held a membership at your gym in the previous 90 days can't book your gym through Corner.
• No referral fees: if a Corner member joins your gym directly, Corner charges you nothing.
• Payment timing: payouts begin once Corner launches to members. They're made monthly through our payment processor, with a statement of visits. We'll send a secure link to connect your bank. We never ask for bank details on our forms.

For coaches

• You set your own rates and available hours. Corner keeps the service fee shown at sign-up (currently 15% of each private), and you receive the rest.
• If your gym takes a share of privates held in its space, you confirm that arrangement with your gym. Corner can pay that share to the gym directly.
• You're an independent professional, not an employee or agent of Corner. You're responsible for your own taxes, permits and conduct.
• Members can tell you what they want to work on when they book. Use that information only to prepare for the session.

Safety, insurance and waivers

Gyms and coaches are responsible for the safety of their sessions and facilities, for appropriate liability insurance, and for any waivers they require. Corner may ask for proof of insurance before a listing goes live.

Ending things

You can pause or remove your listing at any time by telling us. Corner can pause or remove a listing for safety concerns, inaccurate information or a breach of these terms. Visits completed before removal are still paid.

Other terms

Neither side is liable to the other for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Questions: support@joincorner.co.
